There is an option that is available on the logon dialog box and allows you to dial into your logon server for authentication of your user account, this can be enabled by default.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new String value, or modify the existing value called 'RasForce' using the settings below.

Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
